Access to a doctor anytime, anywhere. The GP Consultation service enables you to consult with a licensed GP regarding daily health questions such as headache, stomachache, coughing and fever while travelling. The service is available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our doctors can help you with many medical conditions including cold and flu symptoms, infections, allergies and provide advice on non-urgent medical conditions. Get the care you need in time while you and your familiy member are travelling.

No matter what you are facing, you will be able to ask many health-related questions and get an answer from a medical expert.

When needed, you can also upload any additional medical information you might have for our team to examine in conjunction with your symptoms so that we have a complete picture of your situation. For example, if you have pictures of rashes or skin conditions or perhaps medication that you're taking, you can attach it to your consultation and our medical team will evaluate it.

Who can use this service?

As an customer, while you and your familiy member are travelling, you can get unlimited access to this service at no additional cost. There is no limit to how often you and your family member can use this service.

How does it work?

You can proceed to complete the form and a doctor will call you to provide medical assessment.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: medical emergencies, chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant, managing chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hepatitis that requires executing a designed program, critical illness complications requesting expert medical opinions and mental health support.
